STANDARD 3. The school forms its staff and students as Christian leaders who serve others. This service is lived as consequence of the personal encounter with Jesus Christ, from discovering that we are loved personally by Him, and called to collaborate in His work of making His Kingdom present among men.
Our school´s scores in this standard are:
Concept A: (3) The school offers the means and opportunities for staff members and students to develop their vocation as disciples and apostles of Jesus Christ, and to exercise leadership according to the talents they have received.
Concept B: (3) Christian leadership is understood by many members of the community as a loving response to the personal call of Christ to collaborate in their work by serving others.
Among the trainers, the teacher has a very important and fundamental role, since the center of school life is marked by the meeting of the teacher and the student. Teachers trainings seek to achieve their integration of diverse contents of human knowledge taught in the light of the Gospel message.
On the other hand, we watch over the integral formation of our students, because we are convinced of a civilization of justice and love. With our clubs, apostolates and Social Participation Program, that are part of our study program, we believe that our students are formed in virtues and put them into practice, they are able to choose to do good, they learn how to respond to the needs of others with love, they put themselves at the service of others and that they practice the principles of the Social Doctrine of the Church.
