The utilization of resources includes support for professional learning for all staff. The institution examines the allocation and use of resources to ensure appropriate levels of funding, sustainability, organizational effectiveness, and increased student learning.

We found our strength in 3,8. Everest allocates human, material, and fiscal resources in alignment with the institution’s identified needs and priorities to improve student performance and organizational effectiveness. The budgeting process is formal, supports improvement in student learning, provides for equitable distribution to meet needs of students. Resources are systematically aligned to improve student learning. Everest allocates sufficient human, material, and fiscal resources, and uses collective resources to meet the learners’ and the institution’s identified needs and priorities.

3,5: We need to improve the use of technology for students and for continuous professional development. Adopting the ETC Technological Program and with The Google for Education Training Courses, were some new strategies that will allow us to excel in this domain.
