We have been improving and implementing internal processes and procedures so as to ensure organizational effectiveness in support of teaching and learning. Some examples of new strategies are:

• New collaborative way to build our annual budget up.
• Semestral feedback about the budget to the heads of department.
• 2 years Google for Education training courses to all school staff.
• Crisis and Management training courses to all stakeholders.
• First-aid training courses.
• Code of conduct training courses.
