Our school´s strength in this quality factor is:

The team is committed to the institution's mission, values, vision, purpose and / or priorities. During the elaboration of the 2018-2021 Strategic Plan, The mission, vision and strategies of the school were reinforced. The mission has been made known to the whole educational community through meetings, reports, brochures, agreements and the AdvancED Rally. In the same way, Teachers are committed in the process of continuous improvement to benefit their students in their classrooms.

Our school´s area of opportunity in this quality factor is:

Poor communication (communication failures: communication teacher-coordination, distance between leadership and faculty, culture of spreading news out and not internally first).

Everest has been fostering new actions in order to improve our internal communication and relationship with the entire staff. Some examples of these new practices are: High School Teachers Committee meetings, Coordinator-teachers meetings, Directive Team meetings, email submission process (internally/ externally), presentations with new actions and achievements for staff during trainings, among others.
