In order to improve our supervision and evaluation processes, one of the actions taken by Everest was to hire IMC company that is specialized in evaluating and analyzing professional practices and organizational effectiveness. They have already applied a first survey and soon we are going to receive different performance evaluations and suggestions for internal restructuring measures.
