The school’s professional learning structure and expectations promote collaboration and collegiality to improve learner performance and organizational effectiveness, but we do believe that we still need to promote some improvement actions in this area (Please see some evidences in 1.1).
Everest has been fostering some opportunities and new actions to promote collaboration and improvement for learner performance and organizational effectiveness. One good example of a new practice is our Interdisciplinary Class (Aulão) that happens once a month to our High School Students. Our aim is to prepare students to face the Universities Entrance Exams with these special classes. One more important action is related to the Google for Education Training Course, that will last for the next 2 years at school. Learning how to use digital tools has been changing our digital culture and has been improving our daily practices.
