Our school´s scores in this standard are:

Concept A: (2) Leaders engage staff, students and parent stakeholder groups.

Concept B: (2) Leaders provide opportunities for communication with stakeholders.

Everest provides and plans some actions to engage and involve staff, students and parents with our purpose and direction.

Some important actions are:

• Surveys that helps checking the fulfillment of our mission.
• WhatsApp group of mothers that supports school in the effective two-way communication between school and all families.
• Class representatives (students).
• Tutors (teachers).
• High School Teachers and Coordinators committee.
• Fortnightly individual meetings with coordinators and teachers.
• Daily mass for staff and parents, monthly mass for students.
• Different channels for two-way communication with all stakeholders, not only through meetings, appointments and collaborative activities like evangelization, missions, and other apostolates and formation courses.
• Social Services organized by our students.
• A new school website and other social media communication means like Facebook and Instagram are used to maintain all stakeholders informed.
