Our school´s scores in this standard are:

Concept B: (2) The institution uses a formal process to recruit and retain personnel.
The school has a process to attract and retain qualified personnel who support the institution’s purpose and direction. The process is documented, and uses data to determine personnel needs. The personnel assessment ensures the right profile for talent (experience and previous jobs), the expected qualifications (professional degrees), and sufficient numbers of staff (based on the "organigrama tipo"). The process also ensures that learners’ needs, and organizational needs are met. The process is deliberate, formalized, includes meaningful learning opportunities, personal growth, financial support, and leadership opportunities.
The Psychological Department takes part in the recruitment process by using different tools, such as interviews, and projective test to evaluate the candidate and ensure that he/she is qualified for our institution.
Some evidences related with this standard are confidential, but they will be available for your review at the psychologist office.
