Leaders collect and analyze a range of feedback data from multiple stakeholder groups to inform decision-making that results in improvement.
Our school´s scores in this standard are:
Concept A: (1) The institution rarely collects and analyzes feedback data.
Concept B: (2) The institution includes feedback data as a part of the continuous improvement process and sometimes communicates decisions to stakeholder groups.
Everest has been making a huge effort in order to improve this area. A good example of a new practice that has already been implemented is the new academic data analysis, that includes Cambridge, Dele, Geekie, OBMEP, University Entrance Exams, ELEOT that are becoming part of our annual routine with our students, parents and staff.
We also see a great development in terms of giving and hearing voice of each stakeholder group through the AdvancED Surveys. We could not only apply them but also analyze and communicate the results to all groups.
