The school provides experiences that cultivate and improve leadership effectiveness. Students are expected to participate in social service and apostolic activities within the school, or in local communities. These activities represent a great opportunity for leadership skills development. Also, students are encouraged to participate in academic, sports, competitions and projects. There are also many other opportunities like the Spelling Bee, Poetry Contest, Friendship Tournament, Math Olympics Games (OBMEP), UN Model, etc. Teachers and staff are encouraged to grow personally and professionally by taking courses, diplomas, masters and doctorates to develop professional and leadership skills.
