STANDARD 8. Professional development. School staff evidences their adherence to its own educational model, performing adequately according to their position, receiving formation, training, feedback, and accompaniment, in order to develop their potential and commitment to the institution.

Our school´s scores in this standard are:

Concept A: (3) Many staff members receive opportunities for: formation, training, feedback and accompaniment, according to the personal, institutional, professional and specific needs of their position, to achieve adherence to the school’s educational model.

Concept B: (3) Many staff members collaborate and participate with the institution, with proactive and innovative initiatives, to generate personal growth, and contribute to improve the work climate.

Teachers permanently receive formative and professional training, which helps them to be updated in the new pedagogical, technological tendencies as well as in their human and spiritual formation in order to make sure that everyone is aligned with the school's mission.
